Welcome to Kidz Kamp. We believe that your children deserve a fun, safe and entertaining place to spend their Summer Vacation.
The dedicated counsellors at Kidz Kamp have committed themselves to providing your children with a memorable time that they will not soon forget! We also want to make school holidays as easy as possible for hard working parents like you.
Ages:
Each Kamper must be between 5 and 13 years old (please see our “Ages” information on the “About Us” page for more details).
Kidz Kamp Inc. Hours:
We offer FREE extended hours in our pricing! That’s right…FREE!
Mississauga location: We are open and ready for the first kids to be dropped off at 7:30 a.m. Children must be dropped off between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., when the program schedule starts (except on special field trip days©). Pick up time is anytime between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. (except on special field trip days©)
Georgetown location: Unfortunately, the Georgetown location has had to close.
Children MUST arrive before 9:00 am.

Fees:
Regular kampers pay $335 per week ♣
♣ –Except Week 6 (we’re closed Monday, August 5th & field trip is Great Wolf Lodge overnight). Fees for this week are $395 for Regular kampers an additional $95 for CIT kampers.
NOTE: Lunches are not provided. You must send your child with lunch, snacks and water every day.
What we do all day:
We play outside as much as is physically possible. We have a great big space with a basketball court, playground and tons of big trees just outside our door to explore! During the hotter times of the day, we’ll slow down and do some quiet activities and arts & crafts. If it gets way too hot or if it rains, we can take our quiet activities into the Serbian Hall to stay dry and cool.

Cancellation Policy:
At Kidz Kamp Inc. we have a limited number of spaces available. Almost every week we reach maximum capacity and have to turn away potential campers. As a result we have had to implement the following Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of any week(s) of camp must be provided in writing by June 15th.
- If written cancellation is received by the Director by June 15th, a refund will be provided.
- If written cancellation is not received by the Director by June 15th, no refunds will be given.
- There is a non-refundable $50 administration fee per child per week if you wish to cancel any week(s) of camp by June 15th.
- No refunds will be given if your child(ren):
- is(are) unable to attend any/all days of the week for any reason;
- is(are) required to self-isolate due to potential exposure to COVID-19;
- is(are) required to quarantine due to contracting COVID-19;
- change their mind about the Equestrian program;
- do not want to take part in the Equestrian program;
- are picked up late three (3) times and services for subsequent weeks are cancelled as a result;
- act in a violent and/or harmful manner to any of the other camp participants, the Counsellors, the Supervisor or the Director and services for subsequent weeks are cancelled as a result; or
- cannot follow instructions/directions which could immediately impact the safety of themselves or other camp participants, the Counsellors, the Supervisor or the Director and services for subsequent weeks are cancelled as a result.
Uniforms:
NEW in 2021: Kampers may now purchase a Kidz Kamp Inc. hoodie!! (Must be ordered and paid for at time of registration.)
NOTES:
∇ Children are not permitted to bring electronics of any kind.
© Parents will be advised of special field trip dates and times on the Monday of
that week when they complete their Field Trip Consent Form.
* Weather permitting: Swimming will not take place during thunder storms.
Time will not be spent outdoors during severe heat or rain.
** All kampers that cannot touch the bottom in the shallow end & do not pass
the deep end test must wear a life jacket while in the pool.
*** Except during outdoor field trips. On these occasions we will try to keep the
children in shaded areas and minimize their activity.
